The hotel's location is superb, allowing easy access to the Old Market and downtown Omaha. The service was generally pleasant, enhancing our stay. Dining options were good, although slightly slow for quick meals during business trips. The facilities offer convenience and comfort, making it a pleasant trip overall.

The hotel rooms were quiet, clean, and very comfortable, but lacking refrigerators and microwaves, which are common in this price range. Although they had no A/C and needed to bring in a fan, the stay was pleasant overall.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The suite I stayed in had a space heater that shut itself off upon check-in, which was absolutely disgusting. On the plus side, the staff, although friendly, did not believe us about the issue and provided a fan with electrical tape on the cord. The hotel did not offer the promised shuttle service, and the pool was not available, leaving some disappointments after initially showing promise. The location is close to attractions like the new capital district, chi health center, and bars, but it seemed like the maintenance that day was lacking. Although my preparation for my dissertation defense was made easy, there were some letdowns. The dining experience was subpar despite the included breakfast option, priced at $18, which offered no better quality than what you'd expect at a standard hotel.
